On Saturday 27th April 2019 Nettlebed & Watlington PUMA Taekwondo, hosted a point-stop sparring instructed by Mr Rob Tettmar VI. It was attended by a broad level of grades from purple stripes up to black belt. All attendees had a great time and learned lots of useful techniques and for forthcoming competitions! Techniques and strategies were taught, including how to avoid getting hit, how to beat someone with a height or skill advantage, and how to control a fight. Feedback was fantastic, with all students looking forward to the next one. I would recommend future seminars with Mr Tettmar as essential if you want to improve your sparring and chances of bringing home more medals at PUMA competitions!
